Delivery & Returns


Orders are despatched within 48 to 72 hours usually via Royal Mail. However due to a large inventory despatch of certain orders/products may take longer, if there is a delay we will immediately contact you and upon your instructions cancel the order and make an immediate refund or proceed with despatch of order as per delivery schedule quoted. If delivery schedule is critical for a specific date requirement, prior to placing an order please e-mail or call us on 01992 446181 we will confirm availability.

Goods damaged in transit or lost in transit.

All orders and checked, tagged and are securely packed for safe delivery, it is very rare however when you sign for your delivery from the carrier, you must check you are receiving the correct number of parcels you're signing for, and ensure that you make a note if there appears to be any damage to any of the parcels, on the consignment note. Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, (Please quote your order number in all correspondence).

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified

  1. UK deliveries within 7 Working Days from date of despatch.

  2. Europe within 14 Working Days from date of despatch.

  3. Rest Of the World within 18 Days from date of despatch


All sales are on a firm basis however, if the item is really not suitable we will be happy to accept returns as long as we are informed within 3 days of your intentions and the item is sent back in its original packing, thereafter packed in another outer packing intact and in a saleable condition. The cost of the return postage will be at the expense of the customer. It is in your best interest to return goods using recorded delivery because we will not refund until goods are returned to us.

Upon receipt of returned order in perfect resalable condition and upon verification of the tag.

1)    Where Postage was paid, Full Refund of item value will be made.

2)    If order Postage Free a 15% Deduction will be made from order value.

We will not accept for return any item which is no longer in a saleable condition unless goods were found to be defective on arrival. 

For health and safety reasons we will not accept for return earrings, makeup items, contact lens etc etc
